With a background in - and owner of - a residential cleaning company, she brings care, attention to detail, and a deep love for giving things a fresh start. An avid op-shopper and thrifting enthusiast, Sammy is passionate about sustainability, second chances, and finding hidden treasures in unexpected places.

Founder
Co-Founder of Once Loved, Twice Hugged, Harry is a professional career Firefighter with 18 years service. His background brings a strong sense of care, dedication, and community to the heart of the project. A newcomer to the world of op-shopping, but an enthusiastic thrifter, Harry is passionate about giving preloved toys new life and helping reduce waste - one soft rescue at a time.
