At Once Loved, Twice Hugged, we’re on a special mission to give soft toys a second chance to be loved, hugged, and cherished. We believe every cuddly friend deserves a home, no matter how many hugs they’ve had before.
Who We Are
We’re proud to be New Zealand’s first soft toy adoption centre, based right here in Aotearoa. Our little team rescues pre-loved soft toys from all over, lovingly cleans and cares for them, and helps them find new families who will treasure them just as much as their first.
Each toy comes with its own story, personality, and a promise of new memories to be made.
